A new study has found that 55% of American workers didn’t use all their vacation time last year, leaving 658 million paid days off on the table. Millennials were also most likely to feel “vacation shame”. What the study doesn’t look into is how much free Red Bull and pinball machines are in Millennials’ offices which really becomes like vacation, but you’re at work.
