Michael Che, Fred Armisen, Melissa Villesenor, Will Headline Boston Calling Comedy Stage

Boston Calling has announced this year’s all-star lineup of comedians featuring some of the biggest names in comedy alongside local Boston comics as part of Boston Calling Music Festival’s 10th edition. The annual three-day festival will take place at the Harvard Athletic Complex this Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 – 26, 2019.

On Friday, May 24, the Arena will host sets from Fred Armisen and Boston hometown standup favorites Sam Jay and Lamont Price. Hometown comedian Jenny Slate will deliver a headlining set of comedy on Saturday, Mary 25, following standup sensation Marina Franklin and a second performance by Lamont Price. SNL’s Michael Che and Melissa Villaseñor will both take the mic on Sunday, May 26 with Lamont Price returning to the Arena for his final set of the festival.

“Performing at Boston Calling is exciting because it gives me the opportunity to work and chill with some of the most talented comedians in the country,” said Price. “The lineup this year is crazy, again, and I can’t wait to rock with comedians like Fred Armisen and Michael Che. This festival is like going to an awesome weekend long summer camp that somehow has a ferris wheel and dope bands.”

Boston Calling’s 10th edition will feature headliners Twenty One Pilots (Friday), Tame Impala (Saturday) and Travis Scott (Sunday). A limited number of Single Day and Three-Day General Admission, VIP Passes, and Platinum Passes are on sale now at www.bostoncalling.com

Boston Calling is produced by Boston Calling Events LLC (BCE), which is owned by Crash Line Productions and The Madison Square Garden Company. Boston Calling is proud to have Delta Air Lines, Samuel Adams, Miller Lite, JBL, Barefoot Wine, 47 Brand and Vans as sponsors for this year’s festival.
