After two unsuccesfull attempts at bringing change to the abhorant food safety conditions at ‘Golden Corral’ (once with the restaurant and and once with the local health department) Brandon Huber decided to do it his own way by taping the violations and putting them on YouTube. The biggest violation includes hiding trays of meat from a health inspector by the dumpster. Huber is currently seeking asylum with Applebee’s and T.G.I. Fridays.
