A South African cab driver was hand cuffed and dragged behind a police van before later passing away in his jail cell. Video was obtained of the incident, and South African officials are investigating how the man died, since the Police say they have no idea how it happened. Between this and the Blade Runner, South African cops need a lesson in PR since the entire world is looking at them right now.
