He said its so cold out, that black people start getting ashy and looking like Spiderman shot a tiny web at your hand. It has another meaning for the ladies. Pay close attention, this is important stuff.
Now, the Tonight show labeled this clip, “Jimmy Gives Marlon Wayans His Own Tonight Show Hairstyles Sign” but you know they really picked this clip for that spiderman line, and the comments about bush but couldn’t figure out how to title either of those things for middle America.
