Chris Mortensen of ESPN is reporting that on Wednesday the Colts will announce they’re going to release Peyton Manning from his contract, thus solidifying the Irsays in the number one spot of scumbag asshole owners. Free agency starts March 13th, but Manning can sign with a team before that if he so chooses.
