Man Chokes Lindsay Lohan

Tmz is reporting that Lindsay Lohan called the police early this morning after a man she had just brought back from a club in New York took some pictures of her with his phone. She tried to get him to delete them. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.
Why does this poor kid have such bad luck?
