Major Changes Coming To The World’s Dullest Game
The NFL is bringing big changes to the game that everyone complains about, the Pro Bowl. The 2014 Pro Bowl will no longer be NFC versus AFC. Two captains will choose their teams from players voted on by fans, coaches and other players regardless of what conference they play in. The two captains for 2014 will be Deion Sanders and Jerry Rice.
The NFL also announced a few changes to the setup, including:
– A “Game Within a Game” that will add a two-minute warning to the first and third quarters, designed to crank up two-minute drills
– No kickoffs
– The addition of Cover-2 and press coverage defenses
– A shorter playclock
– No stopping of the clock when a sack occurs
Good luck. Right now they could play the game in a live shark tank and no one would care.
