Brooklyn isn’t all the Barclay Center, Park Slope, and Williamsburg, there are still parts that are as bad as they’ve ever been, namely the Brownsville section. Mailmen are not delivering packages into the neighborhood due to its high crime rate, forcing residents to go to the post office to pick up their mail themselves. What happened to the days when everyone was scared to death of mailmen going crazy?
