While Tom Brokaw has always celebrated the Greatest Generation for saving the world, Lonnie Ray Atkinson has concerns for the whole planet because of the Douche Generation. That’s also the name of his new comedy compilation. “The Douche Generation” is that era of Americans who right now have a chance to save the Earth, help those who need it the most and can change a world run by corporate greed and the big media, but are willing to squander that opportunity.

“The Douche Generation” is collection of Atkinson’s comedy routines since he started putting his focus on stand up and put to music. He’s also an essayist, poet and political songwriter. He wants to make a better world and the question he keeps asking himself is “What would a better world even look like!?”
