A woman on Long Island busted for DUI claims the arresting officer molested her while she was handcuffed. Here’s her account:
“He was close to my body and reached over at some point during the ride … and put his fingers inside of me,” Hannigan said at a news conference Monday.
This supposedly happened while another police officer was in the front seat. We’re getting awful close to Bad Lieutenant territory here.
