Animal behavior researchers from Queen’s University Belfast have concluded that they have strong evidence that crustaceans feel pain. Researchers tested crabs and lobsters by shocking them and testing their reaction to them. It turns out lobsters’ vocal cords have actually been made out of dog whistles this entire time.
