Legalized Weed is Confusing Drug Testing

Businesses in Colorado and Washington, where marijuana has just been legalized, are now in gray area when it comes to having employees pass drug tests. They’re reviewing their drug policies on whether or not they’re going to allow the people who work for them the right to keep their job even if they’re smoking now legal weed. Cops are still held to keeping off the herb since they have to uphold both state and federal law.
