Last Comic Standing Roast Challenge: The Final 6 Face Off

last comic standing roast challenge

NBC’s Last Comic Standing is getting closer to crowning a champion. Thursday night, the last 6 comedians still in the competition face their final challenge before moving on to the Title Round which starts July 31st.

Their final challenge finds the comics participating in a roast. The target and man of the hour for the Roast Challenge is none other than comedian Gilbert Gottfried. He has volunteered to let the LCS 6 take their best shots at him from the dais. Of course, Gilbert won’t be the only person with a bull’s-eye on him. The comedians will be forced to throw their best verbal jabs and insults at each other throughout the roast.

The last six comics won’t be going into the roast unprepared. Last Comic Standing is bringing in a special mentor for this challenge, none other than the “Roastmaster General, Jeff Ross, star and producer of the Comedy Central celebrity roast series.

Then it’s the final head-to-head showdown, in which two comics face off and perform for judges Roseanne Barr, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Russell Peters. The winner of the roast will be the person who delivers the most abuse on Gilbert Gottfried and the other comics. That person will receive immunity so expect a verbal bloodbath as the final 6 fight to survive.

Nikki Carr, Rocky LaPorte, Karlous Miller, Lachlan Patterson, Rod Man and Joe Machi (who had a dominating showing last week to stay in the competition) will do their best to bring their most vicious selves to this final LCS challenge.
