Kurt Busch To Attempt Indy-600 Double

NASCAR driver Kurt Busch announced Tuesday he will attempt to race both the Indy 500 and Charlotte’s Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. Busch will become the fourth driver to attempt the 1,100-mile effort, following John Andretti, Tony Stewart, and Robby Gordon, who was the last to do so in 2004. Unlike his predecessors, Busch will be making his first start in an IndyCar.
Busch is making the Memorial Day weekend double to raise awareness for the Armed Forces Foundation.
