When James Holmes goes on trial for the Joker shootings at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater, he will will be restrained by wearing a harness under his clothes that will be anchored to the floor, the judge said Thursday. The harness will be hidden so that he doesn’t look guilty in front of the jury as he pleas insanity. The “looking crazy” part, they can’t do anything about.
