Kevin Hart Features More Big Talent From Small Markets With All New Third Season of Hart of the City

Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City returns with 24 new comedians from eight small market cities across the country.

Hart produces, and comedians Joey Wells and Harry Ratchford co-host the tour across the country which will include stops in St. Louis, Dallas, New Orleans, Cleveland, Rochester, Baltimore, Oakland and San Diego, and include talents like Mike Polk, Keith Johnson, Carissa Cropper and Joel James.

The Hart of the City series has as its core mission, to discover and shine a spotlight on developing talent from cities all over the country that rarely receive national attention. The cities all have great comedy scenes that become feeders for the bigger markets of New York City and Los Angeles, but rarely get significant media attention.

In Season One, Hart visited Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Sacramento, Miami, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Birmingham, and a roster of talent that included Chicago’s Josh Johnson, who now has an appearance on the Tonight Show and a Comedy Central Half Hour on his credits. Season Two included visits to Boston, Phoenix, Seattle, Paterson NJ, Jackson Miss, Detroit, the Twin Cities and Memphis and included Ali Sultan who just released his debut album.

Season 3 premieres with back-to-back episodes on June 14 at 11:00 and 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central, and episodes are double stacked all season for “I Hart Fridays” power hours of all-new Kevin Hart programming. The first week will feature St. Louis and Dallas.
