A grown man convicted of harassing his neighbors has been ordered by a judge to an interesting form of punishment by ordering him to wear a sign reading ‘I Am A Bully’ from 9 am to 2 pm on Sunday at a busy intersection. Hopefully his lawyer shouted “Your honor, this is highly unorthodox!” during the trial.
