The African warlord you have forgotten about a year ago may actually be close to being captured after the Central African Republic said they were in talks with Kony about a possible surrender. The LRA leader became known worldwide in the spring of 2012 due to a massive internet campaign that ultimately fizzled. However, this could just be a ploy by MSNBC to get him to replace Alec Baldwin on his talk show.
