Jimmy Kimmel Delivers The News On Vin Scully’s Future

In a video aired in the stadium and on TV, part-owner Magic Johnson introduced Jimmy Kimmel for a important message for Dodgers fans: Vin Scully is coming back! The legendary broadcaster will return for his 67th season of calling Dodger baseball. Scully’s future had been the subject of speculation, as an announcement for his return didn’t come around the time he usually makes his decision. The 87-year-old also suffered a cold earlier this season, and had already limited his travel to the state of California. But now folks like Kimmel, who listened to Scully as a kid in Las Vegas, can sleep easy knowing they’ll hear his voice for at least one more year.
