Jim Jefferies Late Night Show Releases Start Date and Other Details

The highly anticipated Jim Jefferies Show will kick off on Tuesday, June 6th and run for 10 weeks. This is the second political series dropping into the 10:30 time slot- The President Show currently runs during that time on Thursday nights.

Voted by you as TheInterrobang.com’s Comedian of the Year- The brutally honest, opinionated and fearless stand-up comedian is a natural fit for a late night political series. Although he’s Australian born, he lives in the U.S. and is well known for opining on American politics. His stand up material on gun control goes viral every time a shooting hits the national media stream, and his every other year stand up specials are always thought-provoking and brilliant. Jefferies recently wrapped his international stand-up tour, “The Unusual Punishment Tour,” to rave reviews which came on the heels of releasing his second Netflix special “Freedumb” last summer.

But The Jim Jefferies Show will not be limited to American politics. Each week, Jefferies is expected to tackle the week’s top stories from behind his desk and travel the globe to far-off locations to provide an eye opening look at hypocrisy around the world. Featuring interviews, international field pieces, and man-on-the-ground investigations, Jefferies will cover the most controversial issues, all through the lens of his distinctive brand of comedy.

The Jim Jefferies Show premieres on Comedy Central on Tuesday, June 6 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT, following an all-new episode of Tosh.0.

Executive produced by Jefferies, Scott Zabielski, and Brillstein Entertainment Partners’ Alex Murray and Tim Sarkes. Jason Reich is co-executive producer and head writer. Adam Londy and Monika Zielinska are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
