Jersey Cops Busting ‘Distracted’ Drivers

NJ cops are using ‘driving while texting” hysteria to ticket people for “distracted” driving. Texting, eating and drinking, putting on makeup, checking laptops and tablets all get 130 tickets. Tickets double this summer for the shore crowd. Guess driving paranoid while looking for cops everywhere is considered safe.
