Wednesday night on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jerry Seinfeld performed a tight five. The crowd went bananas for the comedy legend when he took the stage with a standing ovation and a “Jerry” chant. Jerry walked out with a new growth training beard and talked about fat people, he addresses his anger toward donut holes, and his assessment of the buffet restaurant.
He also sat down and chatted with Colbert, sans coffee or cars and talked about his year residency at the Beacon Theater in NYC which starts tonight, Thursday January 7th. He’ll be performing at the Beacon once a month for a year and said he chose the Beacon because it has a vibe of a real theater. It was built in the 1920’s and its his favorite place to perform.
