A Passaic, NJ man caused a major traffic jam around 7pm on Thursday when he stopped his minivan in the middle of the busy Lincoln Tunnel to crank one out. They found a pipe and PCP in the car.
Sometimes when you are in high traffic and high on PCP, you have to stop and stroke off a batch. Jersey Style!
