Jeremiah Denton, most famous for spending eight years as a POW in Vietnam and later becoming a U.S. Senator, has passed away at age 89. Denton was famously broadcast to the U.S. from Vietnam as a POW when blinked the word ‘TORTURE’ in Morse code which was understood by U.S. intelligence.
