Jay Mohr Set to Star in Crackle Comedy Movie “Party Boat”
Crackle, announced today that Jay Mohr will co-star in their next original movie, Party Boat. The movie, which started filming in Atlanta earlier this month, follows Max, an irresponsible party guy who finds out his best friend Kiley is getting engaged, realizes he loves her and sets out to throw her the biggest rager of all time for her 25th birthday. Brett Davern and Katie Leclerc star as Max and Kiley.
Mohr is on board as Lake Patrol Officer Walsh, out for revenge to restore his good name. The multi-talented comedian, actor, podcaster and radio personality has had some really great movie roles including his appearances in Jerry Maguire, Suicide Kings, 200 Cigarettes, Go, Street Kings, Hereafter, and Burt Wonderstone. He’s also a killer on stage performing stand up, and his last hour special, Happy. And A Lot, was a favorite of ours.
Crackle, a unit of Sony Pictures Television Networks, programs Hollywood movies, popular TV shows, original series and feature films for the world’s connected audience. Party Boat is the latest of a series of original comedy movies, including Joe Dirt 2, Dead Rising: Watchtower and Mad Families which starred Charlie Sheen and Leah Remini.
