Jason Bateman Directing and Starring In FBI Themed Wedding Comedy
For the third time, Jason Bateman is going to the “director and star” route in a film. The LA Times reports that Bateman will be in front of and behind the camera for a new Universal film described as an FBI-themed wedding comedy.
Jason Bateman starred in his directorial debut “Bad Words” in March about a man who forces in his way into competing in a children’s spelling bee after finding a loophole in the rules. He’s currently working on the comedy “The Family Fang,” which he’ll direct and star in with Nicole Kidman and Christopher Walken.
One of Bateman’s next on-screen appearances will be in Horrible Bosses 2 – which he somehow avoiding directing.
