Japan plans on spending a half a billion dollars to put a giant wall of ice around the damaged Fukushima Nuclear Plant to stop radiation from continued leaking – which makes sense because any time you have an x-ray at the dentist, they give you a cup of ice to hold instead of a big lead bib.
