Forget getting expelled from school. In England, you can go to JAIL for tweeting mean stuff. An English student has been sentenced to 56 days for tweeting racist things when soccer player Fabrice Muamba had a heart attack during a match. If this were the standard in America, every American tweeter is going to prison.
