Consider this Mayor Bloomberg’s parting shot out of office. It goes into affect in 120 days and it applies to e-cigarette sales. Bloomberg also signed into law that the minimum price of a pack of smokes in New York City has to be $10.50, regardless of whether or not you have a coupon. Now New York City high school students will never know the pleasures of an after class smoke.
