In Utica, New York at Stanley’s Bar, a woman was arrested after acting strangely. When cops approached her, she lunged at them and tried to bite them. She was also screaming that “she wanted to kill someone and eat them.” She was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation. Something seems out of place here, there’s no report of her being naked. Sounds like bath salts are getting a bad rap here.
