A juvy court turned into a barber shop when the judge offered a lighter sentence for 13 year old girl if her mom would lop off her ponytail in the courtroom. The girl was guilty of cutting off the hair of a 3 year old she saw at a McDonald’s. The mom took the deal and now regrets it. The judge would have dismissed the case if she was willing the glue the hair on her face as a fake beard.
