A Florida man who was tired of his neighborhood 4th of July celebration, allegedly told his neighbors that “The Party’s Over”. He then flipped a man out of his wheelchair and started pouring gasoline around where kids were playing with sparklers. If only there was some way they could tell that he was crazy before all that had to happen. Like maybe looking at his eyes.
