A TSA agent posing as a passenger was able to get a mock bomb hidden in his pants past security at Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey. TSA workers didn’t find the fake explosive even after the agent’s pants were patted down. The agent was disappointed, not only because the airport failed the test, but because after the frisking, they assumed he was only carrying a pocket knife.
