Mayor Bob Ryan of Sheboygan, Wisconsin is facing a recall effort this week to remove him from office. Ryan is an admitted alcoholic who has fallen off the wagon 4 times during his two years in office, leading to bar fights and an embarrassing video about his sister-in-law. There’s a debate over if he stay in office. Oddly enough, the ones that want him removed for being an embarrassment, also put giant wedges of cheese on their head to watch football.
