IRS Spent $60,000 On A Star Trek Parody Video

The video was released late Friday during an investigation by the House Ways & Means committee. The video, shot in an IRS studio and starring IRS employees, was used as an intro to a training and leadership conference in 2010. Not all of the $60,000 went into this video, however; while most of it did, the rest went into a Gilligan’s Island parody.
