The dad in this video shouldn’t be such a troll to his son. After all, Ireland only got electricity as of 1988 and it wasn’t until 2005 that they finally made the switch from a wench using a straw mop to clean up dirt inside a dirt hut while the children scrapped potato-skins into a tub full of moss and protestant crosses only to huddle around the fire as the father regales his family with the only good story he has about the time he found a potato under his favorite rock near Dublin – to the vacuum they all use today.
