A British theme park is getting ready to unveil “The Smiler”, a roller coaster that tests you mentally and physically. Besides the drops, speed and sharp turns most rides have – The Smiler was designed by psychology experts to include mental challenges as well, including racing toward giant syringes, spinning hypnotic wheels and flashing lights to blur the line between reality and illusion. The park wanted to name the ride something else, but couldn’t get the rights to “The Courtney Love”.
