Idiot Kid Keeps Screwing with Cops

The Interrobang has always been happy to show videos of police brutality. This is the one case where we would have loved to see some police brutality. Some weird kid in a Sponge Bob lid spends all day trying to make cops think he was taking a leak in public. Unfortunately, you can not be shot for a bad Ashton Kutcher impression.
