Reuters is reporting that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has died. The socialist leader was president of his country for 14 years. His claims to fame included going from prison to the presidency after two failed coups, changing Venezuela’s constitution to get rid of term limits and getting to hang with Sean Penn and Harry Belafonte.
