The NFL is planning on fining Jets Coach Rex Ryan between $75,000 and $100,000 for telling a NY fan to “Shut the fuck up” after the fan taunted Rex during the Jets / Patriots game. Rex found out about the hefty fine in a memo from the league that was titled “Pay the fuck up”.
