A long-distance runner who drew ‘666’ as her race number withdrew from the race as her religious beliefs didn’t allow her to be associated with the number. Junior Codie Thacker said that officials wouldn’t allow her to switch numbers and didn’t want to risk her relationship with God. Because in a world filled with war, hunger, genocide, and starvation, the thing god really cares about is a three digit number.
