The U.S., in all of its drone loving glory, is lacking pilots to fly the robots in the skies because of the Air Force not being able to meet their volunteer goals. The lack of career advancement and long hours are a turn off for many possible pilots who are unable to receive the training needed to receive a higher rank. Plus the constant threat of Carpal Tunnel is just as scary as a random IED explosion.
