Save the cheerleader. Save the world. Little Hayden Panettiere is is in Hawaii with her boyfriend, New York Jets wide receiver Scotty McKnight. McKnight is a close pal of Mark Sanchez so the guess is that Hayden is trying to take his mind of all the Tebow hype with some bikini sports. Seems like it’s working.
