Hawaiian State Rep Wants To Get Rid Of Homelessness By Smashing Shopping Carts

State representative Tom Brower of Hawaii has a unique idea on how to keep the homeless off the streets. He’s goes around town smashing abandoned shopping carts with a sledgehammer. That way the homeless can’t use them and they’re less likely to move around the public streets. Just think of the sledgehammer wielding politician as the Triple H of homelessness, but instead of other wrestlers, he’s beating up shopping carts.
