Police in Bloomington, Minnesota are baffled by this case. Photos of a naked man have been put up all over town, on utility poles and stop signs. Most of the photos have had the face blackened out. The boys at the BPD want to identify the man to figure out if someone is doing this to him or if this is some new efficient way of flashing as many people as possible.
