Hang Glider Has To Release Emergency Parachute

A hang glider in his 70s had less than a minute to deploy his emergency parachute before he crashed. The glider’s tow rope malfunctioned causing the glider to lose control and start falling from the sky. The man was part of a training course. The school charged him double for getting to both hang glide and skydive in the same session.
