It’s Saudi Prince e Alwaleed bin Tala. He’s urging his people to diversify their economy due to fracking practices around the world lessening the dependence on Saudi oil. Eventually the Sauid princes won’t be able to afford as many Lamborghini’s and American prostitutes. That is of course if they don’t find a way to make exporting sand around the world profitable.
