Ever since Google made having a Google Plus mandatory to comment on YouTube videos, the internet has lost its collective mind. A petition has garnered 112,000 signatures for them to repeal this new policy. The bottom line is people want to be able to comment anonymously on the internet, fucking with that will get people mad at you. And if the privacy of YouTube commenters can’t be ensured then there’s no hope for the rest of comment sections.
