The owners of the Chicago Cubs want to sell alcohol in their new plaza from the hours of 11 a.m. until midnight. The proposal would also allow patrons to bring stadium beers into the plaza and even out into the adjacent park. It’s one thing to deal with drunk hecklers during the game, but during batting practice is a whole different ballgame.
